Having a desire to reduce inequality in access to services by those people with a disability, the sports development team together with leisure centre managers working under the direction of Phil Ball started on a journey which focused on the deal that young disabled people and their parents/ careers are getting and tested the process of service delivery in sport and physical activity which had been considered to be good.
