Phil Ball has worked in a variety of Public Sector authorities from large Metropolitan Boroughs to City Councils to Rural District Councils.

Since 1985, Phil has worked in the North East specialising in developing and growing the cultural block of services by creating an environment which is responsive to the needs of the customer and partner organisations.

With extensive experience and success in working with a range of clients, Phil Ball Leisure Consultancy Ltd intends to continue to create and nurture long term business relationships and looks on each commission as a way of developing bespoke solutions which meet and exceed their expectations.

Working in partnership with both the private sector and voluntary sector sports clubs, placing them at the centre of the client team when developing sports specific accommodation.
